How Eggs Are Made

Eggs may be my (Jon) favorite ingredient—they basically comprise their own food group. The initial inspiration for this project came from our friends Jamie and Brad at Full Hollow Farm, who were raising chickens and selling organic eggs as part of their CSA at the time. This independently-produced piece is meant to be a fun explanation of how eggs are made!
