Jon
Jon is a generalist, he loves doing lots of different things in media. That's why if you look at our portfolio, you'll see a diversity of work. We always have a bunch of different projects going on, and each one needs different skills to make it happen.

Our Process
Our overall approach is to stay open and flexible—each project needs a transparent & thoughtful process. We especially love experimentation and incorporating playfulness in content development.

Conversation
We start with a conversation about your goals, ideas, budget, and timeline. We learn about your needs and ask loads of questions in order to build a process that fosters a successful collaborative relationship.
Design
How are we going to bring your project to life? Documentary, animation, podcast? This is where we build a vision for the work, how it's going to feel, how it's going to sound, and what we want the audience to walk away with.
Production
As we collect raw materials, we dig into the details. Stories get shaped, animation develops, and ideas get more specific. We take every opportunity to stay transparent and collaborative—we built the process together and now it's happening!
Delivery
We made something together! There's nothing quite like seeing a distillation of all of the ideas, conversations, and goals on screen.
